A Certified Coach (ICF-affiliated) since 2009, she blends Emotional Intelligence (EQ), mindset transformation, and goal-driven strategies to create lasting impact.
Her coaching is known for its deep insight, thought-provoking conversations, and action-oriented approach. Whether working with executives on influencing without authority, mid-career professionals on navigating change, or entrepreneurs on scaling their vision, she helps clients gain clarity, confidence, and momentum.
Beyond Coaching, Manisha has worked across Shipping, Education, Travel, and Consulting, leading HR transformation, leadership development, high-stakes recruitment, and cultural change initiatives. She has even successfully managed a CBSE-affiliated school, demonstrating her leadership versatility.
A global explorer at heart, Manisha has visited over 25 countries and lived in more than 20 cities, carrying the adaptability and cultural intelligence of her military family upbringing. She thrives on meaningful conversations, diverse perspectives, and continuous learning.
She holds a Master’s in Human Resources from Symbiosis, Pune, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara. When not Coaching, she’s reading, writing, or enjoying coffee-fueled discussions.

With over two decades of experience in business, talent strategy, and professional development, Dipti Shah has worked extensively with both individuals and organizations. Having worked extensively with both individuals and organizations, Dipti specializes in career transitions, leadership development, and personal growth. Her deep expertise in recruitment, workplace dynamics, and hiring strategies allows her to guide professionals toward fulfilling careers while helping businesses build strong leadership and talent frameworks.
Whether Coaching professionals seeking clarity in their careers or advising companies on leadership and organizational growth, Dipti’s approach is structured, intuitive, and results-driven. She believes that transformation begins with self-awareness and is passionate about helping individuals and businesses unlock their full potential.
She is a certified Results Trained Coach from The NeuroLeadership Institute, Australia. A Masters in Commerce graduate, she began her entrepreneurial journey early, gaining first hand experience in navigating business challenges, leadership, and career growth.
Beyond Coaching, Dipti is a chocolatier and a creative spirit who repurposes home reusables into decor. She values lifelong learning, meaningful connections, and artistic pursuits that bring balance and inspiration to life.

MALAVIKA ARUN

A strategic HR leader with nearly two decades of expertise in talent architecture, leadership enablement, and organizational transformation, Malavika Arun brings deep proficiency in aligning human capital strategies with business objectives.She has led HR functions across entertainment, energy, and IT industries, driving workforce strategy, competency frameworks, and a culture of continuous learning. A trusted advisor to senior leadership, she specializes in high-potential talent development, executive coaching, and mentoring women leaders and emerging professionals.
An independent facilitator and career strategist since 2018, Malavika has been instrumental in shaping Brewathought’s growth since its inception in 2019. She also serves as Faculty for Human Resources at NMIMS and mentors HR students at TISS.
She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from MDI Gurgaon and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Miranda House, Delhi University. She is also a certified practitioner of MBTI®, Saville Wave®, Strong Interest Inventory®, and OPQ32®.
When she’s not designing cutting-edge HR frameworks or facilitating leadership interventions, she enjoys traveling and immersing herself in sci-fi narratives.

SAHITYA VASUDEVAN
Lead Trainer I Content Advisor
Sahitya is a dynamic and results-driven Learning & Development (L&D) professional with a strong track record of delivering high-impact training programs to nearly 4,000 professionals and students across geographies. Specializing in behavioral, leadership, and communication skills training, she has worked with diverse cohorts, including students, early-career professionals, mid-level managers, and senior leadership. She partners with HR and business stakeholders to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design customized competency-based learning interventions that align with organizational objectives and drive performance enhancement.
Her expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and learner engagement was honed at HSBC, where she was an accredited trainer across multiple business verticals in Visakhapatnam, Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune. She later served as Head of Training at Centrum Capital Ltd., Mumbai, where she designed, developed, and implemented a structured corporate onboarding program to optimize employee integration and productivity.
Sahitya began her career in 1993 as a copywriter and content strategist, leveraging her Master’s degree in Journalism & Mass Communication. She spent years in creative content development across advertising, radio, and digital platforms before transitioning into the L&D domain, where she combines her expertise in communication, instructional design, and coaching methodologies to create transformative learning experiences.
